It's not the Destination, it's the Journey

 

Hola! Primero que todo, muchas gracias por sus comentarios de ánimo de verdad de todo corazón muchas gracias, es lindo recivir apoyo muchas gracias!! 

 Bueno mi post de hoy es en si un poema que leí en el Zahir (Paulo Coelho), me gustó mucho, porque apesar del lenguaje, es en sí como una analogía de lo que uno debe de hacer en la vida para alcanzar una meta, y en si de lo enriquezedor y difícil que puede ser el camino, pero que en sí ese camino te hizo o te hará mejor persona. Espero lo lean y que les guste. 

Tal vez esta semana no escriba mucho, ya que no tengo el computador bueno, y como estoy empezando a retomar mi ritmo universitario, pero prometo retomar prono esta pequeña ventana al mundo.

Hello, this post is about a poem that I read in the book The Zahir (Paulo Coelho), I really like this poem because explain life it self when you have to go for a goal, is like an analogy of the things that you have to be through when you do something, and the things that you live make you a good person.I hope you like it.This week I can't write everyday, my laptop has a little problem, but I'll come back reloaded. Cuando partas hacia Itaca

pide que tu camino sea largo

y rico en aventuras y conocimiento.

A Lestrigones, Cícloples 

y furioso Poseidón no temas,

en tu camino no los encontrarás

mientras en alto mantengas tu pensamiento,

mientras una extraña sensación 

invada tu espíritu y tu cuerpo.

A Lestrigones, Cíclopes

y fiero Poseidón no encontrarás

si los llevas en tu alma,

si no es tu alma que ante ti los pone.

Pide que tu camino sea largo.

Que muchas mañanas de verano hayan en tu ruta

cuando con placer, con alegría

arribes a puertos nunca vistos.

Detente en los mercados fenicios

para comprar finos objetos:

madreperla y coral, ámbar y ébano,

sensuales perfumes, -tantos como puedas-

y visitas numerosas ciudades egipcias

para aprender de sus sabios.

Lleva a Itaca siempre en tu pensamiento,

llegar a ella es tu destino.

No apresures el viaje,

mejor que dure muchos años

y viejo seas cuando a ella llegues,

rico con lo que has ganado en el camino

sin esperar que Itaca te recompense.

A Itaca debes el maravilloso viaje.

Sin ella no habrías emprendido el camino

y ahora nada tiene para ofrecerte.

Si pobre la encuentras, Itaca no te engañó.

Hoy que eres sabio, y en experiencias rico,

comprendes que significan las Itacas.

When you leave for Ithaca,
may your journey be long
and full of adventures and knowledge.

Do not be afraid of Laestrigones, Cyclopes
or furious Poseidon;
you won’t come across them on your way
if you don’t carry them in your soul,

May there be many a summer morning,
and may ports for the first time seen

May you stop at Phoenician marts,
to purchase there the best of wares,

Ithaca has already given you a fine voyage;
without Ithaca you would never have parted.

If in the end you think that Ithaca is poor,
don’t think that she has cheated you.

and that’s the meaning of Ithaca.
